At Kitchen Kit Uk, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with all original tags and inclusions attached
  • Accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • In a resalable condition

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for health, safety, or hygiene reasons:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sealed products where the seal has been opened after delivery
  • Items marked as final sale (unless defective upon receipt)

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Kitchen Kit Uk covers 100% of the return shipping costs or provides a prepaid return shipping label.

Change of Mind Returns: If you wish to return an item due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any items back:

Please include your order number and clear photos if the item is defective or damaged. Do not send your return back without prior approval from our team.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately within 5 business days back to your original method of payment.

6. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@kitchenkituk.com.

7. Order Cancellations

You can request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, please follow our standard return procedure upon arrival.
